Delivery and shipping

When possible all orders placed before noon will be posted on the same day,  from Monday to Friday.

However we are a tiny business and at busy periods please allow 1-2 working days for your order to be posted. 

France orders are posted as Lettre Suivi (tracked post) with La Poste.

All orders outside France are posted as Lettre Suivi International (tracked post) with La Poste.

Once your order is shipped you will receive your tracking number. 

Orders generally take:

- 2-3 working days within France;

- 7 to 10 working days within the EU;

- 10 to 25 working days days to reach the US and Canada, and a little longer to reach New Zealand, Australia, South Africa and the Far East.

Due to Brexit we are not selling to the UK until further notice.

All delivery charges are calculated by weight.

For international orders

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply to their country. La Cave à Laine is not responsible for delays due to customs.
